How do I change the default "File As" to "firstname lastname" on Windows Mobile 6.1?

I recently got a Windows phone with Windows Mobile 6.1. When I add a contact, the default "File As" is "lastname, firstname." I have to scroll down and change it to "firstname lastname." Is there any way I can default it to "firstname lastname" so I don't have to set it every time?
