I broke my phone from cricket and i have a new sprint rant from samsung.I want to switch my cricket mobile account to the samsung rant.I called cricket and gave them my serial number on the rant and they said to dail *228 but the sprint phone is off so it is transfering me to the sprint customer service menu which is all animated and I can't talk to a real person.I need help please I called the cricket customer service but that is all animated also because of the holiday.Please someone help me.It will be greatly appreciated.This problem is making my birthday very frustrating.
