How do I change my rate plan for ATT?

I got an AT&T cellphone a few months ago. My current plan is $60 for unlimited talk & Text. I wanted to change it to the $2/day only when used plan. But i dont see an option for changing plans. It says you can, and the first change is free. But HOW do i change it?
UMMM...?? I'M LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER NOT AN ADVERTISMENT. DONT POST UNLESS YOU CAN HELP!
