How Do I Change My Desktop Image To An Image I Choose? (I Have Windows Vista)?

Im new to windows and i was just wondering how to change my desktop image from the regular image.

Right- Click on the desktop, Click Customise. and then choose your background there or you can Right-Click on an image and click set as desktop background.
