How do I change my BB Tour to a Iphone cheap?

Okay so I have a Blackberry Tour but I REALLY want a Iphone. I'm on a 3 year contract at Bell and I've been in it for 5 months now. It will cost $300 cancellation, And $699!!!!!!! for the Iphone 3g(16g) it self.

So basically is there anyway to avoid paying all that money instead of waiting out the 3 year plan?
