How do i change mobile networks from Vodafone to Optus?

I'm not really that happy with vodafone, im barely getting any credit with it and i wana switch to optus and go on the turbo plan thing (sorry cant remember the exact name) which some of my friends are on and its a tonn better

i have been on optus before, then switched to vodafone and yeah now i want to switch back so how would i go about doing that??
pleasee help!!!
