They are both torn and raggedy, so I leak serious fluids. The leak is by the passenger side door, pretty much right under it. They run side by side, and since they're both ripped I'm just going to replace them both. They are hoses, so I'm assuming the return line on the power steering...but whats weird is that its still pressurized...is that normal? Suppose that just means my pump is working good?
The fuel hose is also rubber, which I thought was really weird...but also a run back line then? Or just weird? Anyways, figure if I get it up on a set of ramps or trees I can have enough room to get under there, unhook them/cut them out, and then replace them. Is this terribly hard in this model/make? (1991 Ford Taurus 3.0v6 dualohc) Also, where is the fuel filter located? Under the rear wheel or in the engine compartment?
Thanks in advance for all your help, I'm not so great with cars so I always need the help/instruction. Also if anyone has a good website with repair manuals or something for these jobs that would be awesome too!
