I now know my BMR (basal metabolic rate) which is the Number of calories I would burn if I were to stay in bed all day. Are there any sites that would help me lose watch my calories and help me lose weight based on my BMR which is 1495. Or does any one know how I could watch and calculate my calories throughout the day? I'm trying to lose weight by excersising and diet based on calories .
