I'm looking for the number sequence to press so I can get to FIDO customer service representative, so I don't have to listen to all that other option stuff. Every time I call the help line I spend over 20 minutes going through the automated help options, once.
Starts of with, 1 for Eng, then enter my # and pass ... eventually get, press #xxx to speak to a rep.
Asked FIDO customer service rep on the phone, "How can I get to a rep option right away, what number sequence do I have to press?" Told me, sorry but can't give the information and it depends on call volume. Call volume? I need the sequence to get to the help line fast. Don't mind waiting in line, but how do I even get to the line?
