How do I "burp" the coolant system of any air in a '95 Mazda B2300 2.3L 4 cyl....

...automatic transmission pickup? I'm flushing out the coolant system using a prestone flush 'n fill kit. Just need to know how to get any air out so I don't burn out the motor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
