I started Be a GM in NHL 11 a few times, but my knowledge of the workings of GM is too little. I'm European and want to know which steps I should make to make my franchise better. I can't find a guide to the best strategy anywhere.
Ok thanks. I understand that scouting is a huge point and that I need to update my assistent coach as soon as possible for the growth of youth. But do I put emphasis on building defense or attack and will only the 1st line of defense and attack be of importance? What is a good balance?
