How do I break this habit/obsession?

I'm always listening to music while I do the same motion with my legs repeatedly. Like jumping on a trampoline, or pacing, or running... I feel anxious when I don't, and my legs are restless and feel... weird. But the only way to make it go away is by doing one of the above actions in conjunction with listening to music. What's wrong with me??
