I suffered from separation anxiety when my daughter was born and my husband and I decided to co-sleep. Now my girl won't sleep unless I'm next to her. I know this cycle needs to stop but I still feel anxious when she's not close. Has anyone dealt with this? How do I ease my daughter into sleeping and taking naps on her own while making the transition easy for the both of us?
