I'm very interested in photography, mostly live music because when I do go to shows, I end up getting some pretty amazing pictures, even though I'm just in the crowd. How do I get my photography noticed by say, music magazines or online music sites? Do I just keep doing what I'm doing or do I send stuff out?

First, start small, like shooting local bands for the local community paper or magazine. Maybe send some photos to college newspapers too.

Next, send examples of whatever you get published to the next tier of publications - The Daily Paper, regional Music publication, etc. Ask for assignments.

Over time, keep trying to get published, keep saving your publications, and continue sending them to the next tier of journals.
