How do i brake my LG Dare enough to get a new one?

I hate my LG Dare and i want it to go die in a hole. but i cant buy a new phone. im paying a extra 8 bucks for insurance on it. so how can i ruin it enought so that i can go to the verizon store and get a different phone?
