How do i boot a fujitsu siemens from a usb stick to reinstall xp, my disk drive is broken.?

i went into the bios settings menu and there isn't any option for usb, it lists cd rom, internal hard drive and floppy disk but nothing for usb. its a fujitsu siemens laptop
