I have this image, of 4 different scenes cut from other images, one on top of another. Its like, the bottom-most pic is a section that shows a coral reef, the one above it is a section of an image of people rafting, the one above that is a part of a plane in flight, and the top-most one is a pic of a man in space. I made it in paint, by cutting off parts of other images, so it looks kind of odd.
I want to blur the edges together, so that the pictures more or less flow into one another and don't look like just 4 pictures put together.
I used this thing once, when you click and drag over the image, it blurs it. Kind of like an eraser, only it blurs it together. I don't really know hoe to explain this, but if you understood, something like that would be helpful.
oh yea, its NOT in layers, its just 1 image.
