How do I block a number on my Verizion Wireless Samsung Glyde?

Okay, so I stupidly gave this guy I dont know very well my cell phone number. He keeps texting me and calling me which is getting really annoying. I was wondering if I could block his number directly from my phone without having to call the Verizion Wireless people?
