Im a soph in high school and i am pretty sure im heading in the field of medicine. But i want to be overly prepared. What books can i read, how can i get involved in seeing what doctors do.
I am considering the fields of cardiology or internal medicine.
Are there medical websites for high school students that give info about this. I want to begin learning about the body and how it works. i want to know the causes and effects of medicine and certain diseases or illnesses. What books/websites will give me this type of info?
