how do i become more intouch with my physic abilty?

i have had many physics tell me i have very strong physic abilty. now that i think back it makes sense. how do i become more in touch with my physic abilty?
 
I'm guessing you mean psychic, as in getting premonitions, etc. All scientific testing has shown there is no such thing, so you are wasting your time and energy trying to "get in touch" with something that is unreal. Go find a good charity that could benefit from your energies.
