how do i become an officer in air force or army AFTER i have a college degree?

I am about to start my sophomore year in college and I really want to join the military. I have considered joining ROTC at my junior year, but lately i have been reading that I can still be an officer after i graduate. How does that happen?
 
talk to a recruiter, fill out the paperwork, do your board interview (usually 2 captains and a major,) go to basic training (army), then ocs, then your job training. Just fyi, unless you are getting a technical degree (math, science, engineering) the air force won't really be interested.
