How do I become a summer camp director in the USA?

I live in the UK, and have 4 years experience as a camp counselor/ CIT director at camps in the USA, but I can no longer spend my summers this way, and would like to pursue my love of camp as a career- how do I go about this as a international person?- any advice/resume building tips please!!
