How do i become a Sports Doctor?

I am 15, in Year 10 in Australia. In 6 weeks time i need to select my prerequisite subjects, i need to know which ones i should do to pursue a job in Sports Medicine. I also want to know which universities in Australia offer courses in Sports Medicine, i live in Western Australia, however i am willing to travel inter-state, but preferably not out of Australia.
