How do i beat out this teen night club in business?

I have my own entertainment business for teens, but theres this local teen night club in the area. They have an average of 300-500 teens every weekend attend their dance parties, but their stealing OUR business. In your stand point, how could i beat them in business, capturing the teens and successfully shift the momentum to us. We don't own a teen night club, but we rather rent out a party room and charge teens at the entrance for dancing.
