I am a 15 year old girl, and obviously, like most girls my age, I have an acne problem. The thing is, is that I have a monthly cycle of when my acne is good and bad. (This cycle is in no way connected to my menstrual cycle) Usually my acne is very clear for most of a month and then for one week it gets VERY bad. I break out all over my face! I can't seem to stop this cycle, so I need advice on what to do. Also, I wear makeup everyday so that might be something to do with it. I wash it off EVERY night and every morning I wash my face. Every other day I exfoliate.
How do I beat my acne cycle?
