How do I avoid Cash Deposit Fees charged to my Business Bank Account?

I have a business checking account with Wells Fargo and tired of them charging me for every second transaction like cash deposit fee,roll coin fee,monthly account fees.Does anybody know of a bank that does not charge these fees?
