how do i assign M540 (Rant) ringtones?

i do not want to go to a website! i dont have ANY data plan. the mp3 is already saved on my phone, on both the sd card and the phones internal memory, what folder must the file be in/where is the option to assign it. There is Ring tones(generic),Melodies(gay), and MY Stuff(it says i have to download from the internet, which i do not have so dont suggest the internet)
