My roommate spends ALL of her free time on her phone or skype talking to people.
I want a polite way to tell her to get off the phone.
I feel bad because she's really homesick and she's never spent a day away from her boyfriend of four years, but now it's a long distance relationship. And I've heard her say before that it's the phone calls that are helping her get by...
But these calls are constant, and they're several hours long. I've tried headphones, but she's quite a loud talker, and I'm getting sick of having to wear them.
Plus, when I make phone calls, I leave the room, not only because I think it's courteous, but because I dont want to try to talk over her.
I really don't want to offend her at all, but I'm going crazy. Help?
