How do I arrange photos in "my pictures" so that they are in the order I

want them to be in instead of alpha..? I thought that after I labeled them and dragged them and put them in the order that I wanted them to be in the folder, they would stay that way. But when I opened the folder, they were all ordered alphabetically. I tried to re-order them the way I wanted and then I went to the tool bar to look for a "save as," and it wasn't there....?
