How do I approach my mom about her testing me for STD's?

My mom owns a clinic and did do the test for me once. It's been so long and I don't know how to approach her about it. Also, I don't want to do it behind her back because she can help me in so many ways. My mom is very panicky about things like this and I don't want her freaking out.

If she owns the clinic, she will find out one way or another. Just make an appointment and when she asks you about that appointment, then have a discussion with her about why you think you need treated. Otherwise, you can go to Planned Parenthood and get tested.
