how do i approach a stranger i like?

So...I see this person on Saturday at times. And i know that person will be there on Saturday at that times. And i go there just to see that person. And apparently i like that person. The thing is i dont know that person's gender. Boy,girl,les,gay. But i totally have no bias. And Yesterday i saw that person around my neighborhood. And i probably conclude that person lives near me or in my neighborhood. So how do i talk or approach that person? Any help or advices would be appreciated. Thanks
