How do i apply a ringtone to my iphone 3gs after i synced the ringtone onto the phone...

...from the computer? I used audiko.net to create a snippet of a song for a ringtone. The ringtone is in my iTunes library, in the ringtones section. It said the ringtone synced to my phone but its not in the ringtone section in Settings. How do i apply it as my ringtone??
