Hey guys, I have 2000 Accord v6 and I know where the valves are and what they look like but I don't know exactly know how to adjust them. This car is my life. I put my heart and pride into it and I want to know the exact procedure so I don't mess anything up. Thanks
This is to the 2 guys that responded to the question. It's said that the j30A1 engine, which is the engine in my accord, has had many issues because the valve springs are not as stiff as the springs on the j32A2.

Here's the quote:
"the stock J30A1 valve springs are not as stiff as the J32A2 valve springs, so the valves may need adjustment more frequently than on an unmodified J30A1 engine"

They are probably hydraulic, which means you don't have to adjust them.

Get a shop manual if you really like the car, it will tell you for sure.

You didn't plan to ask a question here every time you work on it did you?

that engine has hydraulic lifters in it and that means that the valves do not need to be adjusted. If your valves are ticking than that means that you have oil pressure issues.
