Hi, I'm buying this radio/walkie talkie(link below), The radio frequency is between 440-480Mhz.
the manufacturer says that if i'd like to speak with the radio at 135-174Mhz(that's VHF) so i need to adjust it with specific tools, How do i do that? Thank you very much.
