How do I adjust Bands on 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Automatic Transmission?

I don't know the proceedure or the direction of movement for adjustment Clockwise or counter clockwise for the adjustment screw?
 
First remove the trans pan and filter. look theres two levers one in the front passenger side corner and one in the rear passenger side corner. pull on them with your finger. The front one should move about 7/16 of an inch.The rear one about 3/8 of an inch. They rarely need adjusting. But if you think they are looser than that,then loosen the lock nut and tighten the center nut a little bit DO NOT OVER THIGHTEN THE BAND. The front band adjustment nut is outside the trans by the trans line and the rear band adjustment nut is right on the lever itself. RECHECK the levers by pulling on them with your finger.
