How do I address a cover letter when a name isn't given?

I'm writing a cover letter for a job application, but the information doesn't say who the letter is for. I put the name of the company and the address at the top, but in the salutation what do I put? Should I say "Dear Encore Senior Village employee"? I can't come up with anything that doesn't sound tacky.
