Go to the your information section under your Profile Picture and your box.
This is where you write siblings, parents, relationships etc.
Click on the little pencil in the top right corner of this information box
A list should come up with ticked boxes- tick "relationship Status"
then go down to the bottom of this little box and click Edit Information.
Click Edit ( In the About me Heading)
and choose your girlfriends name. Save your Changes.
