How do i add more horsepower to my 1993 Dodge Intrepid?

Hello, my name is ken and I have an old 1993 dodge intrepid that I got as a gift for my 17th birthday and i was wondering if there is anyway to give it any more power. I have considered changing the air filter to a better brand to give it some extra horsepower but i was hoping for a more substantial increase of about 25+ horsepower. Is this possible? thank you *I have NOT found any cold air injection kits for my car
