How do I add a scroll bar at the bottom of my games on my touch phone?

I want a scroll bar to appear at the bottom when I play games. I have a Samsung Corby. Also, if someone knows how to take it off (once I put it on there), I would love to know how.
Possibly something to do with opening it with Notepad(??) and then adding a line somewhere...
