How do I add a channel to a Motorola radius m1225 two-way radio?

It picks up most of the channels in the area once turned on, but one channel is just 3number.3numbers (i.e. no name listed like the other channels listed) and no noise is heard (as if it is a dead frequency) so I thought I might be able to change the numbers on this channel to the frequency of the one channel in the area I need and it's missing... The channel's frequency I want is 165.540
