I have the Palm Pre Plus, and I absolutely hate it. My sister has the blackberry and just got a new phone so she gave me hers. The problem is this blackberry won't let you make calls or anything it's completely broken. So I was going to activate it online and make an insurance claim on it, but the online activation isn't working. What else can I do to activate it without calling Verizon from it?
