I have windows 7 64bit installed and I'm trying to activate the built in broadband card. I have Dell Mobile card utility installed but whenever I hit activate I get the error "QA901." I ran diagnostics and everything says that the hardware is working fine. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, dell's card utility, and even tried installing VZ access, but I still get that same error. Does anyone know what this error means, and how do I fix it?
