R Ryan New member Apr 27, 2010 #1 i bought it off of ebay and i got it today, after reading alot of reviews saying it doesnt need the data package. well, i tried to activate it by calling a operator and she's telling me i have to use the data plan. umm what the hell?? HELP PLEASE
