Hey!
I recently bought a T-Mobile Blackberry Curve 8520 with £10 top-up, and the lady in the T-Mobile shop said I can get 6 months free Blackberry Mail & Internet by topping up a minimum of £10 (which she did) and then calling customer services (150 I think) to confirm it. The only thing is, I have not received any texts about the offer and I cannot seem to find out how to activate it by calling customer services.
Does anybody know how to do this? Is this the right customer services answer? Any help at all will be gladly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
