How do General Motors, Ford, and Chrysler intend to modify their union agreements?

Everybody knows the US can't produce competitive vehicles, partially because of relatively high employee compensation. Do they intend to fix this problem? If so, have any announced SPECIFIC compensation adjustments? Please provide links if you have any!
