How do Conservatives feel about the study by Siemens which found that the multiplier effect for each dollar?

For those who need a reminder the Multiplier Effect is a measure of dollar velocity and potential job creation. A multiplier effect of less than zero -for example the 0.15% figure for oil- implies that 85 cents out of each dollar spent basically disappears from the economy - either to end up in a corporate vault or a bin Laden family member's pocket.
Solyndra was one company. Oil and gas companies go broke all the time.
 
did you know siemans sell the shet that "supposedly makes it happen".ya think they are fkng with the public ..here is the real story ! every 'GREEN JOB CREATED" destroys 2.3 real jobs.the poster boy for green economy is Spain,they went nuts with this crap.Their current unemployment rate is 28% and the country is bankrupt !
 
I think Siemens, as a major manufacturer of wind and solar components may not be the most unbiased source of analysis. I would rather trust the Spanish Government analysis that showed that for each wind/solar job created more than 2 were lost in the traditional energy sector. Another thing to consider is the source of those dollars. Every govt and utility company dollar spent to subsidize these installations was either borrowed or taken out of the private economy.
