Do they add anything other than water and rice?
I just ordered chinese food and it came with a free thing of white rice. I don't really want to eat it, but my parrot LOVES rice. I would like to give it to her rather than throwing it away, but I need to know what's in it. Salt and preservatives are really, REALLY bad for birds. If its got unusual stuff in it, I had better throw it away.
