The local chinese buffets around lunchtime on weekdays charge about 7-9$. But they serve rice, eggrolls, shrimp, sesame chicken , all sorts of good stuff. If I ordered something similar at chilis or some other restaurant it would cost me around 17 bucks. These chinese buffets are a really good deal for someone who doesn't cook. I don't know how they can make a profit at these prices.
