Police reports are a matter of public record, and anyone can get a copy of them. Typically, there are some police reports that aren't released - usually ones involving domestic violence - but as long as you know some basic information, generally a case number or the accused person's name and date of birth or the year the incident happened, you can get a copy of the report.
