How do businesses maintain success when their workers are so disrespectful?

The other day i was in a place called "Two Men and a Truck" asking them rates about moving my furniture across town. The person that worked there had his feet kicked up on table, texting people while i was talking to him, and spitting tobacco chew in a plastic bottle. Would you call that rude or what? Well, they won't be getting my business.
 
I feel exactly the same way. A little common courtesy goes a long way and if I'm doling out my hard-earned money, it's going to a place that earns my business.
